Construction of the Southern Bridge – Phase 4 – Construction of Jāņa Čakstes gatve from Vienības gatve to Valdeķu iela, Riga, Ziepniekkalns neighbourhood
Nord X is carrying out the construction of a 205 m-long overpass, which includes the concreting of 10 abutments, the installation of supports and expansion joints, and concreting the overpass and surface treatment of the concrete structures.
In total – 450 t of reinforcement / 2900 m3 of concrete.
Construction of the new Rail Baltica railway bridge over the Daugava River, Phase 1 works
SIA Nord X, together with the Italian construction company SPIC S.r.l., carried out the concreting works of the new railway bridge using the PERI VARIOKIT VBC balanced cantilever formwork system.

New preschool educational institution in the Podnieki quarter, Ādaži
The SIA Nord X team is currently participating in the construction of a new educational institution — a project that will contribute to future generations and the development of the local community.
Within this project, SIA Nord X is carrying out concreting works, reinforcement works, and the installation of precast structures. The scope of work covers the entire construction cycle — starting from foundation works and concluding with the concreting of roof overhangs.

Laflora Wind Park BoP (Balance of Plant) in “Kaigu Peat Bog”, Līvbērze Parish, Jelgava District
Construction of Laflora Wind Park BoP (Balance of Plant) in “Kaigu Peat Bog”, Līvbērze Parish, Jelgava District. Our team carried out the construction of several technologically complex wind turbine foundations within this project.
Each foundation required 175 tons of reinforcement steel and 1234 m³ of concrete, with a foundation radius of 28 m.
The continuous concrete supply and placement lasted 20 hours, making advanced planning and preparation crucial. This was both a challenging and highly responsible process.
